As of the census of 2010, there were 75,781 people, 26,229 households, and 18,763 families residing in the city. The population density was 2,906.8 inhabitants per square mile (1,122.3/km2). There were 27,841 housing units at an average density of 1,067.9 per square mile. The racial makeup of the city was 52.2% White, 24.4% African American, 0.5% Native American, 15.4% Asian, 0.1% Pacific Islander, 3.6% from other races, and 3.7% from two or more races.
